You may choose to use your health insurance or pay privately for your therapy services. Most therapy appointments are covered by insurance plans. We accept most major insurance plans, including Aetna, Anthem/Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Health Care, Humana, United Medical Resources, and Tricare. Please contact us for other plans that we may accept or your insurance company to confirm that Psychological Services of Northern KY/Dr. Keli West, PsyD is in your insurance network.

We do not accept Well-Care, Coventry Care, Medicaid or Medicare insurance. Clients with these insurances will need to pay out of pocket for services.

Clients are responsible to make the appropriate payments/co-payments at each appointment, and are responsible for any deductible payments required by insurance plans. It is the responsibility of the client, to ensure the current insurance information is provided to Psychological Services of Northern KY, PLLC. Clients are responsible for payments for services not covered by insurance including a cancellation fee of $75 for missed appointments or appointments cancelled without giving 48 hours notice.  There is a $50 fee for any returned check.
